What is the Circle Circumference Quiz?

The Circle Circumference Quiz is a free 4-choice web app for practicing the length around a circle.

It is designed for learners from Grade 5 through Grade 7 and covers diameter, radius, pi, exact π expressions, semicircles, sectors, and simple real-life situations.

Build understanding from diameter and radius

Students can begin with basic questions such as diameter × pi and radius × 2 × pi, then try reverse questions that find diameter or radius from the circumference.

The quiz also includes questions where the answer stays in terms of π, helping students move smoothly from elementary-style 3.14 calculations to junior-high-style expressions.

Step up to semicircles and sectors

After the basics, students can practice semicircle arcs, semicircle perimeters, sector arc length, and sector perimeter questions.

Each question is short enough for quick review, and the time attack format makes repeated practice feel light and motivating.

Dynamic hints with original diagrams

Hints change depending on the current question. They show the formula, the actual numbers used in that question, and a small original diagram of the circle, radius, diameter, arc, sector, wheel, or track.

My Page stores challenge history, best records, and often missed questions, so students can return to the parts they need to review.

For parents and teachers

This app can be used before homework, after a lesson, during short review time, or as a warm-up before geometry practice.

Because the questions are automatically created from original number settings, students can practice the same idea many times without simply memorizing one worksheet.
