This is a game-like free web app for practicing weather and climate topics in high school Earth Science Basics with 4-choice questions.
All questions, choices, hints, diagrams, and example data are independently created for this app. They are not copied from textbooks, problem books, exam papers, mock exams, handouts, slides, PDFs, or other teaching materials.
The quiz covers atmospheric structure, air pressure and wind, cloud formation, rain, relative humidity, fronts, weather maps, seasonal weather around Japan, climate graphs, global circulation, and weather-related disaster prevention.
Questions are short and designed for repeated practice. Dynamic hints explain the current question with simple original SVG diagrams.
Weather and climate become easier when you connect one cause to the next: air rises, pressure decreases, air cools, water vapor condenses, and clouds can form. The questions are written to help you practice that chain of thinking instead of memorizing words one by one.
For weather maps, you can review isobars, highs and lows, wind strength, fronts, and observation data. For climate, you can compare long-term rainfall and temperature tendencies, then connect them to circulation and seasonal patterns.
Students can use the quiz for quick review after class, while teachers and families can use it as a short warm-up or checkpoint before tests. My Page keeps records and frequently missed questions so weak points are easy to revisit.
